Oklahoma Courts:

In Oklahoma, there are 77 counties, which are divided into 26 judicial districts, each with its own unique and often varying procedures. District courts in Oklahoma are supported by a judicial roster comprising 75 district judges, 77 associate district judges, and 89 special judges, entrusted to preside over a wide array of cases brought before the court.

Oklahoma features two courts of last resort: the Oklahoma Supreme Court, presiding over all civil issues, and the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals, exclusively addressing matters of criminal law (Texas is the only other state to have a court of last resort dedicated to criminal cases).
